Small quantities, then gone. That means fewer colourways and less choice, and it also means everything listed is genuinely in stock and ready to leave within a day or two.
Product copy includes the awkward parts — which size runs small, which colour shifts on screen, which material needs care in handling. A description that only lists strengths is a sales page, and it is the reason people stop trusting product copy.
You are dealing with the people who pack the orders. Replies normally come within one business day, and we will tell you when something is outside our control rather than leaving you guessing.
Plain instead of adjectives: materials named, contents listed, and anything uncertain left off the page. Materials are named rather than described: a blend is given as a blend, not as a feeling. It makes for duller copy and fewer surprises. You can put a tape against something you already own before ordering, which is the only honest way to judge a size from a screen.
We hold what we list. That means a sold-out item disappears instead of turning into a backorder, and the quantity wording on the homepage matches the number of listings you can actually open.
Messages are answered by someone who can refund, replace or chase a courier without asking anyone's permission. That is why a straightforward problem is usually decided in the first reply rather than passed to a second department.
Change of mind is a valid reason to return something, and it is treated as one: thirty days from delivery, refunded to the method that paid. You do not have to explain yourself, keep the packaging perfect, or accept store credit instead of your money.
Orders are picked from our own stock, packed by the people who answer the emails, and given a tracking number that reaches you as the label is printed. If a line cannot be picked, you hear from us before the rest of the order ships.
A damaged or incorrect item is replaced or refunded, and the return postage is ours. You do not need to prove anything beyond a photograph and the order number, and you choose which remedy you would rather have.
